When will I get my order?

We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. Your order should arrive in 3-10 business days – please check with the Australia Post website for exact delivery information. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

 

Can I place an international order?

Yes, we can ship orders internationally. Orders placed on our Australian website (ayurscience.com.au) can be delivered both within Australia and to international destinations.

Please note: Customs clearance is dependent on the regulations of the destination country, and additional duties or delays may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping on orders of $70 or more is free and will be shipped via Standard Post. Please do take into consideration that any discount applied to your order at checkout will affect your basket total. For orders less than $70, delivery costs will be according to the standard Australia Post shipping rates.

Can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked via Australia Post using the tracking number received via your Order Despatch email or, if you checked out as a registered customer, you can check within the “My Orders” page of your account. If you haven’t received your tracking number, please check your email spam folder.
