We want you to love your new skincare as much as we do. If you don’t, that’s ok – free shipping within Australia is available for online returns only, and you have up to 45 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your product, subject to the below:
If you haven’t used the product, we’ll exchange it or refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase.
If you’ve used less than 30% of the product, we’ll only offer a product exchange. If you’ve used more than 30% of the product, no refund or exchange can be given.
And we can’t exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.
Shipping on orders of $50 or more is free and will be shipped via Standard Post. Please do take into consideration that any discount applied to your order at checkout will affect your basket total. For orders less than $50, delivery will be calculated at checkout according to your location.
We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. Your order should arrive in 3-10 business days if you choose Standard Post Shipping. Express Post shipping will be faster – please check the Australia Post website for exact delivery information. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.
Orders placed on our Australian website, www.ayurscience.com.au, can only be delivered to an Australian address.
Orders can be tracked via Australia Post using the tracking number received via your order despatch email. If you haven’t received your tracking number, please check your email spam folder.
