How to use
Adults and children 12 years and above: 20mL twice a day with food or as professionally prescribed.
Children 6-11 years: 10mL daily or as professionally prescribed.
Children under 6 years: Not recommended without healthcare professional supervision. Clark’s rule may be considered
for dosage: Divide the child’s weight (kg) by 70 and multiply by the normal adult dose, i.e. a 25kg 5 year old: 25/70 x 10mL
BID = 3.5mL twice daily.
Infants under 6 months of age with cough should be diagnosed by a qualified medical doctor.

- Elettaria cardamomum ext. (Equiv to whole plant 275mg) – 55 mg
- Zingiber officinale ext. (Equiv to dry root 1mg) – 50mg
