How to use
RECOMMENDED ADULT USAGE: Take 2 capsules daily with or after food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If symptoms persist or worsen seek the advice of a healthcare professional. Talk to an Ayurvedic practitioner/health professional if you are unsure if this medicine is right for you. The recommended daily dose of this medicine contains 118mg of sodium. Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take without consulting a health professional.

- Sodium chloride (Equiv to Sodium 59mg) – 150mg
- Trachyspermum ammi ext. (Equiv to dried fruit 1.5g) – 150mg
