Shipping & Delivery
We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. Your order should arrive in 3-10 business days if you choose Standard Post Shipping. Shipping will be faster if you choose Express Post Shipping – please check with the Australia Post website for exact delivery information. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

Shipping on orders of $75 or more is free and will be shipped via Standard Post. Please do take into consideration that any discount applied to your order at checkout will affect your basket total. For orders less than $75, delivery costs will be according to the standard Australia Post shipping rates.
Orders placed on our Australian website, www.ayurscience.com.au, can only be delivered to an Australian address.
Orders can be tracked via Australia Post using the tracking number received via your order despatch email. If you haven’t received your tracking number, please check your email spam folder.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your new health and beauty product/s as much as we do. If you don’t, that’s ok – free returns are available within Australia for online orders only, and you have up to 45 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your product, subject to the below:
• If you haven’t used the product, we’ll exchange it or refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase.
• If you’ve used less than 30% of the product, we’ll only offer a product exchange. If you’ve used more than
30% of the product, no refund or exchange can be given.
• And we can’t exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.
• If you’re not happy with your order, please tell us – we’ll always try to help you if we can.
Returns are available within Australia for online orders only. Please contact us, providing your order number and the details of the product you would like to return, and our customer service team will provide you with more information to process your return.
